Many kids are suffering from something completely invisible from the human eye.
UNICEF (The United Nations Children's Fund) has called this discovery "Hidden Hunger" - used to describe nutrient deficiencies. This hidden problem is tied to (not so hidden) symptoms.
Vitamin deficiencies are often linked to challenges around behavior, immunity, mental health, and sleep.
In fact, the lack of vitamins can lead to poor appetite and altered taste buds.
This creates a picky eating cycle where junk food makes kids crave even more of it & miss out on important nutrients.
It can be easy to think "IF my kids have a good diet, we won't have this problem."
Right? Wrong.
Why? Well, it turns out, there's a much bigger problem underneath the surface (quite literally).
